The region of Beira Interior is one of richest cultural regions of the country.
We can know the industrial past of the region if we go to Covilhã and visit the Museum of Laníficios ,where we can see how the cloth were treated in the XVIII century.

After if we decide to visit the small village of Seia we can go to another museum called the Museum of Pão where we can seen all the evolution of the Portuguese bread in about 3500 m².Right beside the museum we can find a space dedicated to cultural, pedagogical and entertainment activities for adults and children. Also in Seia we can visit a museum dedicated to toys. It is called Museu do Brinquedo where children can have fun and grow-ups can remember their childhood. This space has several rooms dedicated to various thematics, a library, an auditorium, a workshop and a sales section.
